Events Child Care Caregiver

Caregivers on the Events Child Care team play a pivotal role in supporting life-changing ministry work. Each caregiver who serves allows us to say “yes” to more families who would like to take part in ministries at College Park. You are needed here!

What do caregivers do?

  • Engage with children through playing, reading, and talking with them
  • Assist with caregiving tasks including diapering, bathroom needs, and snack time
  • Collaborate with other caregivers to soothe children as needed
  • Assist the classroom teacher or room leader during Bible lessons, crafts, and play time
  • Provide close supervision and uphold safety policies at all times
  • Assist with classroom clean-up following each event

There are two ways to serve, paid or volunteer. Both options require our Children's Ministries onboarding process which includes a background check, interview, and training. Either option you choose, there is a lot of flexibility in how often you serve. You can opt to serve sporadically, every other week, or multiple mornings each week. Take the first step by filling out an application and we will be in touch:

  • Paid Caregivers submit a job application, employment forms, and tax forms, to receive an hourly rate for serving.
  • Volunteer Caregivers submit a volunteer application.

No matter which option you choose, caregivers are a huge blessing to the people in each ministry we serve!

After submitting your initial application, please check your email for next steps.
