To receive regular updates from the Prayer Wall, please click Manage Email Subscriptions. Go to the Subscriptions tab under My Account and select Prayer Requests.

A coworker told me about 3 month old who is on a pediatrics intensive care unit after an accident. I will pray for this child and family. Will you join me? He is having seizures when he is taken off sedation.

Hello, Please pray for my very close friend and me. We are both 14 years old, and she just found out that she has PCOS (Poly-Cystic Ovary Syndrome) and has a 90% chance of not being able to have children. This is breaking both our hearts, and now she feels like she will never truly be loved. This disease has very discouraging and defeminizing symptoms. I feel helpless, too. Pray that I can minister to her while being her friend and encouraging her too.

On sunday night my six year old daughter fell off the monkey bars and broke her arm in three places, she had to have emergency sugery to untagle the ulnar nerve in her arm and then put pins in it to hold the bones together, we just came home from the hospital, and she has a long painful recovery, please pray for her to heal quickly and for my strength to care for her and my other two daughters as well

Please pray for someone I know who is pregnant. Her first two pregnancies ended in miscarriage and she is now have some symptoms of miscarriage again. Pray that she would be able to carry this baby to term and if that is not the Lord's will that she would not fall into despair, but would fall into Jesus and that we would minister to her well.

I'm a member of CPC and have a very special prayer request…my good friend from high school whom I’m still really close with, Liz, has a nephew, Matthew Wagner, who has had his ups and downs with childhood leukemia since a couple years ago. I believe he’s about 11 year old now, but I can’t recall. He’s been doing pretty good, but recently he found out he had to up his chemo, which makes him sick and weak and his face swells, just when things were getting a little more “normal” too. :( Below is the blurb about his background and update his mom (Liz’s sister) wrote in the CaringBridge journal yesterday:
Background Story On June 30th, 2010 at 3:00 AM I drove our son Matt to the ER for the second time this month. This time I asked God to tell me what hospital to go to and when I asked Matt he told me "Riley", so that's where we went. Matt was sobbing all the way complaining of pain in his bottom and now in his left shoulder and arm. What was previously diagnosed as Osteomyelitis is now back to unknown. The Infectious Disease doc ordered a bone scan Wednesday and we watched as his little body lit up all over. We were told later that day that it was more than likely Matt had Leukemia. We were devastated; our family has had no luck in the battle with cancer....until now. Next the hem/onc doc did a bone marrow aspiration that gave us hope. It turns out Matt has ALL B-Cell Leukemia which has good percentages, is the most seen in kids, and is the most treatable. We started Chemo on Friday and by Monday we were sent home! We have so much family and so many friends praying, helping, supporting us and we'd just like to thank each and every one of you for everything you do! Please continue to keep Matt in your daily prayers as our journey has just begun....
Sorry it has been a while... Written Jun 12, 2012 12:31pm Today was our monthly visit to Riley, but not only that, a 3 monther so Matt had a Spinal Tap on top of his Vincristine. He's been having a rough time lately and I was kind of hoping his numbers were low so they'd back his medicine off, but it was just the opposite! His ANC was actually up to 6800 (they to like to keep at 1000). So they increased his chemo (again) that he takes daily at home. No complaints about the actual day, things went pretty smooth as far as procedure. I had to drop Matt off in the lobby then park, and he used a wheelchair the whole time we were there. He's just been really tired, lots of nausea, not eating...just yucky all around. We can't complain too much because there are sooo many CK kids that deal with this and MUCH worse their whole treatment, we're just so used to getting to act "normal". The docs checked his stomach, looked him over, and are a little baffled to why he's acting this way now. They think it's possibly a virus (it's been going on for 2-3 weeks and getting worse). I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Anyways, prayers appreciated and we'll try our best to keep you updated! Please, if you are willing, help me pray for Matthew (Matt) to feel better and for his numbers to be better and the virus as suspected, to be gone!

My brother-in-law has been waiting to have a kidney and pancreas transplant for almost two years. He was just informed that he is at the top of the list so we are hoping that the surgery will occur soon. In order to receive the pancreas, it must be a deceased donor. Please pray for my brother-in-law and also for the salvation of the individual who will be donating this gift of life!

We all need to pray The Almighty for rain. Farmers are becoming apprehensive after over four weeks without a good rain. Young corn and soy bean plants are starting to show signs of stress. Another week or two without rain will mean a short crop or perhaps little or no crop at. This affects the price of all meats and other foods depending on corn sugars and starches, and who knows how many dozens of uses of soy beans.

My sister-in-law, Betty, has Parkinsons that is progressing quite rapidly since being diagnosed a year ago. She has fallen backwards four times in the last few weeks with some bleeding in the brain. She and my brother-in-law, Jack, must move from their home of many years into a facility that will give medical assistance to Betty. She has regressed in three weeks of rehab, but is in another facility that will work with her another three weeks. Please pray for these precious Christains as they go through this difficult time.

Update on Connor: A definite diagnosis has been made...Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM) - an abnormal connection between the arteries and the veins in the brain, which usually happens before birth. Connor is in desperate need of brain surgery. The specific prayer request now is that the swelling in his brain continues to go down until he is able to safely endure the pending surgery with less complications. There are praises. Yesterday, his Dr's. were able to get him up briefly. My nephew's heart has been softened to call his mother with updates. He is still not willing to allow visitation yet, but God is at work! Please continue to pray for this family...for their hearts to be changed and for their anger redirected. May they feel love towards each other, and have a desire to know Christ. They are expressing the "need for prayer" through this trial. Praise God!!!

My girlfriend's brother is on a downward spiral with the help of drugs. He comes from a Christian family, but has been far from the Lord for years now. Please prayer that God would intervene in this young man's life. His living reminds me of how Satan had a hold of my life through addiction. Pray that God would not let go of this young man and that he be broken. Raise up brothers that would be along side him when he is broken so that they can share Christ's love and His Word. Pray for protection from Satan's attacks on this family.
