This is follow up to a prayer request from several weeks ago when I was referred to a neurologist to examine me for possible MS. After an exam and MRIs of brain and spine, there are no signs of MS and I am all clear. Symptoms are entirely absent, no follow up visit needed, nothing. I thank my Lord and Savior for providing peace in the weeks of waiting and for the great results.

Karen is having extensive spinal surgery on Friday the 15th. It is a long and complicated surgery. Pray for Alan, her husband, as he waits and cannot wait inside the hospital. These are difficult situations for families.

This is a huge request for a friend and his wife and their baby Luna. The short version: please pray that baby is healthy and close to full term. Luna is about 20ish weeks along. Parents found out last week that some of Luna’s organs are not growing in the right places. Her stomach and liver are growing further back toward her spine. The concern with that, is that both stomach and esophagus continue to grow and develop. They also found out that her heart appears to only have 3 chambers instead of 4 and may be missing a major blood vessel. Please pray that God would knit her together in the womb and make her whole. They see a St. V specialist at 24 weeks for a heart scan, and may need to consult at Riley. I’m praying for Luna to be healed before she is born and would appreciate any mommas praying with me for that and for strength and peace of baby’s mom and dad. Dad asked his believing coworkers for prayer.

Praises and update on my FIL Isom.
Isom has made it through the worst of Covid. It took the second visit to a hospital to get one of the antibody treatments over Christmas, but he’s starting to respond to people more, wants to sit up for much of his day. He’s in a first floor room so window visits are possible. He’s getting PT and speech therapy and they tell us he’s very interested in eating. He’s liking getting to sit in the hallway and see some of the other folks that are in the post-Covid hall. Please pray that he will continue to make progress in his recovery. We cannot thank you enough for how far your prayers and our mighty God have brought him.

Some time ago, I requested prayer for our daughter & Son-in-Law who had temporary custody his sisters children (through CPS). So many things have taken place since then. The courts returned the children to their Biological mother, only to have them removed again a short time later. Our Son-in-law's mother has had the 2 yr old boy, the girl is 1+ & with her biological father (but does not have legal custody of her. CPS had contacted our daughter & her husband about raising the nephew & are pre-adoptive. There is so much prayer needed in this and it would be appreciated by our entire family. They were hoping this would all take place late spring or summer. Very recently My Son-in-law's mother stepped forward to say she can no longer take care of her grandson. She has asked our Son-in-law & daughter to take him in (unaware they're pre-adoptive, CPS's recommendation). She would like this to happen by March. This creates many needs be met in a short time period - Our son-in-law would need a better and secure job (tough right now but not impossible for God. What needs to be done on their 3 bedroom home to sell it, finances are an issue. And finding a 4 bedroom home so this child will have a room. Join me in prayer to Almighty God that He would give favor in timing (which is always His), that He would bring hands and reasonable rates for work that need be done. They are already gathering fixtures and such to be replaced, there is painting to be done and flooring tp replace. Praying for all these things so that this little boy would be where he will be safe and loved. Thank you for taking this to the throne room of grace.

I am having surgery on Thursday morning, Jan. 14th to remove a specific area of cancer in my body. The surgeon is positive that all cancer will be removed with this procedure. But far higher than his human knowledge is our Lord God's promises for healing and my trust in Him that He is Faithful: Psa 30:2 "O Lord my God, I cried out to You, and You healed me." Mark 11:24 Jesus said "Therefore I tell you, whatever [specifics] you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." Pray that the surgeon's hands will be guided perfectly by God's hands. Also for the surgeon's surgical team to be under God's watch for safety and guidance. And that there will be no complications nor undue post-operative pain. I am His Who is Faithful and He is mine. Bless the Lord O my soul.

I previously asked for prayer for my brother-in-law, Mike Queen, who lives in Texas. He was initially told he had growths behind his eyes. Further tests showed a brain tumor that must be removed. He is a believer who asks for prayers for his upcoming surgery and recovery.

Thank you for your continued prayers College Park! My echo last week didn't show anything especially abnormal. However, I was able to return stateside with my daughter to undergo tests with my regular doctors. Praying God continues to give me answers and for the restoration of my health. Please also pray for my husband who had to stay behind. Thank you again.

So many thanks to so many brothers and sisters at College Park for their prayers on behalf of my son, Jeff. The stroke has left his right arm and hand partially paralyzed, and right leg with some moderate damage. His voice is gradually returning. Prayerfully, more improvement will be seen as he begins rehab today. Thanks for your continued prayers, and please add me as I now must include him, (and perhaps is brother , Craig, disabled with the same Parkinson's disease that took their mother) with some financial support. The Lord will provide. He always has. Thanks again for your continued prayers.
