Our Wedding Coordinators use two worksheets to gather informaton about your wedding. The first is called the Wedding Coordinator Worksheet. This worksheet will be given to our maintenance and audio/visual team so that they can best understand your needs. The second worksheet is the Suggested Wedding Order of Service. It is used to help you plan the order of the wedding ceremony. It is important that both worksheets are finished four weeks prior to the wedding date so that the information within them can be clearly communicated.
