Take Next Steps

We believe the one hope for Indianapolis and Central Indiana is the gospel of Jesus Christ. As people who have experienced God’s grace in the gospel, we want to see this same grace transform others in our city. So, we seek to saturate our city with the good news of Jesus by speaking it with clarity and love in our homes, offices, schools, and neighborhoods. This same gospel also propels us into the city to serve others with kindness and compassion. By loving our neighbor through gospel words and gospel-motivated works we seek to glorify God by igniting a passion to follow Jesus in those around us.

Local Partners

College Park recognizes that the work of seeing Indianapolis transformed by the gospel is too big for any church to tackle alone. That’s why we’ve linked arms in partnership with several different organizations throughout our city. Together with these local partners, College Park seeks to speak words of gospel hope and show works of gospel love to those in Indy and beyond.

  • Midwest Food Bank seeks to alleviate hunger and poverty by gathering and distributing food donations to not-for-profits and disaster sites without cost to the recipients.

  • Life Centers is dedicated to affirming the value of life by providing compassionate care to women facing unplanned pregnancies in Central Indiana.

  • Cru is a ministry focused on the Great Commission through winning people to faith in Jesus Christ, building them in their faith, and sending them to win and build others.

  • Safe Families serves families by giving hope to children and parents in crisis.

Brookside

For over a decade College Park has worked to seek gospel renewal within the Brookside neighborhood on the near Eastside of Indianapolis. Knowing we couldn’t do it alone, we have embraced the idea of gospel partnerships with several other ministries in that part of the city. Together we’re seeing lives transformed by Jesus, families restored, jobs created, children educated, the hungry fed, and a church (Nehemiah Bible Church) planted. Many College Park families have moved into Brookside, and several hundred more serve there, either in an ongoing ministry or as part of our annual SERVE event in April. Our hope is that through relationships with our neighbors and partnerships with local ministries, we’ll see the gospel transform Brookside into a beacon of light in the heart of the city.

Take Next Steps

Looking for ways to get more involved in local outreach through College Park? Check out these ideas:

  • Invite your neighbors or co-workers over for a meal. Patios and kitchen tables are great places for gospel ministry!
  • Volunteer to serve with one of our local partners. There are opportunities to serve in a variety of different ways.
