Group Member Expectations
Joining a small group is an significant commitment and group members need a desire to commit to and live out the following expectations:
- I will make my small group relationships a priority. If I am unable to attend or am running late to a meeting, I will call the small group leader.
- I will come to my small group prepared and ready to participate and ready to listen.
- I will help create a safe place for each member to share without judgment.
- I will be accountable to the group in regards to my personal and spiritual growth.
- I will fulfill my responsibility to be faithful and teachable in my small group and to pray for one another.
- I will take ownership for my part of the health and growth of my small group and will use my giftedness to serve my group, our church family and our neighbors.
