Now that LIVE|11 is well behind us, the challenge is to continue applying the truth of God’s Word to your life and continuing to walk in the truth of what you had learned through this community experience. 

Here are a few application points for "Life after LIVE|11" and are designed to be used 3-6 months after LIVE|11 is completed:

1. Do a study on the tongue, using the book of Proverbs.  Read through the book of Proverbs looking for every reference to the tongue, the lips, the mouth, words and other references to what we say.  Look for verses that are especially helpful in understanding the dangers and the blessings of the tongue and how God calls us to speak.  Keep a journal of all what God teaches you as you walk through this study of Proverbs.
2. Take a ½ day retreat with the Lord.  Take only your Bible and a journal and simply
   spend time seeking the Lord and asking Him to reveal to you what He wants you
   to know and learn from Him.  After your personal retreat, share with a friend or your spouse what God impressed upon your heart as you spent time with Him.
3. Put a date on your calendar and go back and re-LIVE LIVE|11.  Walk through the LIVE|11 guide and reflect on the things God did in your heart during LIVE|11 and how your heart has been changed as a result of this community experience.
4. Choose one or two books from the resource list in Appendix E and commit to read those over the next few months.  Share with someone the main ideas/truths you learned as you read through the book(s).
5. Take a day or two and focus on how you are using your tongue.  If you journal, write down changes you see in your tongue or areas you still want to see God work to bring about change.  Share with someone in your small group the changes you see in your tongue.  Ask them to share changes they see, or even areas where you still need to continue to work.  Go back and do this again in 6-12 weeks and see how God is continuing to change your tongue.
