Men's Bible & Book Study Groups
You are invited to join and participate with other guys in any of the Bible Study groups below. Our goal is growing together in Christ as we work together on rigorously applying God's Word to our lives. We would love to have you join us.
Wednesday Groups
6:30-8:30 a.m. Band of Brothers Christian Business Leaders, meets the 4th Wednesday of the month in Room B5 (in the basement). Led by Ralph Larimer, this study seeks to transform workplace leaders into spiritual leaders and serve in an advisory capacity for businessman support. To join, contact Ralph at
6:30-8:30 p.m. Men's Bible Study led by Clyde Wiles, Room S103 in the new building. This group will be studying the the Biblical Patriarchs. Contact Clyde Wiles for more details.
Thursday Morning Groups
6-7:15 a.m., College Park Church, main level Commons Area, DEEPER, led by Mark Schuitema. Engage with other men who are seeking to apply God's Word to all aspects of our lives as men. Come join us as we seek to get into each other's lives and spur each other on towards Christ. Contact Mark Schuitema with questions.
6:30-7:30 a.m., FAITHFUL MEN, Weekly Men's Study led by Pastor Joe Bartemus. Meets in the basement in B1-3. Faithful Men will be going through Exodus from September 2011 through Spring of 2012.
Friday Morning Groups
6:30-7:30 a.m., College Park Church, Commons area in new building, The AMEN Group, led by Stephen Gray and has a wide range in ages of men (from 20's to 80's). This fall, AMEN will be going through the book of Acts. AMEN uses a group discussion format led with plenty of opportunities to share.
6:30-7:30 a.m., College Park Church, basement (B1). The Basement Study group, led by John Schmidler, has men from various churches and walks of life. The group selects various books to read through and discuss in community. This study ends promptly at 7:30.
6:30-7:30 a.m., the Butler House, located at 519 W. Hampton Dr., Indianapolis. Butler House group is led by Jeff Daratony. We would love for you to join us in an informal setting as we walk thru Romans. We have coffee and small breakfast food each week. This location works well for those who work downtown or near Butler University, but anyone is invited. The Butler House is located next to the Butler Police Station. 7:00-7:45 a.m., Dennis and Patti Smith's home, The Men's Edge, led by . We begin with a world class breakfast and then our table talk will focus on the Sunday sermon discussion guide questions. Email Don for directions.
Saturday Morning Group
IRON SHARPENS IRON meets weekly on Saturdays at the Ministry Center, north room. (3600 W. 96th St.) Bob Whitmore and other men will lead a study and discussion on the Book of John. Group meets from 7-8:30 a.m. and will include breakout/discussion groups.
