Men's Bible Study Groups
You are invited to join and participate with other guys in any of the Bible Study groups below. Our goal is together growing in Christ as together we work on rigorously applying God's Word to our lives. We would love to have you join us.
Wednesday Evening Group
6:30-8:30 p.m. College Park Church, Basement B3, the Mid-week Men's Study, meets during the school year and is led by Clyde Wiles. Presently, the men are studying the Book of Acts .
Thursday Morning Groups
6:00 - 7:15 a.m., College Park Church, main level A13, led by Mark Schuitema and Tony Trent, this group's objective is to use the Word to sharpen one another as iron sharpens iron so that our marriages would be strengthened, our families signfiicantly influenced, and ultimately, the Kingdom impacted as we seek to live out our calling as the Biblical men God has called us and created us to be. Come join us as we seek to get into each other's lives and spur each other on towards Christ. Contact with questions.
6:30-7:30 a.m, College Park Church, Basement (B1), Faithful Men Bible Study, meets during the school year and is led by Pastor Joe Bartemus. This study is for men who seriously want to delve deep in the Word. The group time is interactive and is a really good help for men to study the Word and share it with each other to spur each other onto faithfulness and influence at home, work, church and the world. These Faithful Men are currently studying Proverbs. Contact with questions.
Friday Morning Groups
6:30-7:30 a.m., College Park Church, main level in A5, The AMEN Group, led by Stephen Gray and has a wide range in ages of men (from 20's to 80's). We are currently previewing the upcoming Sunday morning messages by looking at parallel passages. AMEN uses a group discussion format led with plenty of opportunities to share.
6:30-7:30 a.m., College Park Church, basement (B1). The Basement Study group, led by John Schmidler, has men from various churches and walks of life. The group is working through D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones' Studies in the Sermon on the Mount. This study ends promptly at 7:30.
6:30-7;30 a.m., the Butler House, located at 519 W. Hampton Dr., Indianapolis Butler House group, is led by . We would love for you to join us in an informal setting as we walk thru Romans. This location works well for those who work downtown or near Butler U. The Butler House is located next to theButler Police Station.
7:00-7:45 a.m., Dennis and Patti Smith's home, The Men's Edge, led by . We begin with a world class breakfast and then our table talk will focus on the Sunday sermon discussion guide questions. Email Don for directions.
