The GO|09 is our Global Outreach spotlight. This is a weekend for the whole church body to hear about what God is doing around the world to build His Kingdom - and to have God speak to each of us about our role in that magnificent enterprise.
Theme: "Completing the Work"
Goal: Help everyone at College Park Church find their place in God's global plan of salvation.
Register Online: Some of the activities below require that you register. If you are planning on taking part in the missions weekend, please register for all or select events by clicking here. All events are free, but for some events we ask for your help by registering so we can accurately plan for food and seating.
Activities:
Friday: 12:00 p.m. - Ladies Luncheon*
- This fifth annual luncheon is designed to get to know our women missionaries in a personal setting. Lunch will be provided; register online by clicking here.
Friday - 7:00 p.m. - 8:45 p.m. Missionary Spotlight*
- Get to know our missionaries in a new light through CPC's popular game show! The "Missionary Spotlight" will highlight our featured CPC missionaries and their personal passion to reach the lost. Nate Irwin will deliver a brief message. Afterward join us for ice cream!
Saturday: 7:45 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. - Pancakes, Prayer & Ping Pong (Men Only)
- Come pray with our missionary husbands, feast on pancakes, and then work it off at the third annual Ping-Pong Challenge. All skill levels are welcome! Register online by clicking here.
Saturday: Workshops on reaching Muslims for Christ*
- Pastor Adel of CPC's Arabic Church will lead two different sessions designed to challenge and equip you to reach Muslims for Christ. Register online by clicking here.
- Session 1: 10:30-11:30 a.m.
- Session 2: 11:40-12:40 p.m.
Saturday - 5:30 p.m. - 8:15 p.m. - Dinner, Open House, Missionary Spotlight*
- Check out the open houses and learn what it takes to make a missionary tick!
- Nate Irwin will deliver a brief message
- Enjoy a free meal (please register here so we have enough food)
Sunday: All services
- Nate Irwin will be preaching all morning services
- From 9:30 a.m.-noon, visit the open houses during the second and third services to learn more about CPC partnerships and missionaries. All adult Sunday school classes will be participating the open houses.
Sunday: 6:00 p.m. - Fresh Encounter
- Join us as we pray for the nations
* Denotes childcare available for ages 4 months to 4 years.
