Men’s and Women’s ministries exist to help us go deeper with one another in prayer and accountability to develop strong relationships with those of the same gender. We offer events for equipping and encouragement along with Bible study and fellowship opportunities.

You can also grow in your marriage by plugging in with our marriage classes, panels and counseling. See opportunities below.

Men's Ministry

Jesus calls men to follow Him fully and boldly engage in His plan of redemption personally, with our friends and families, in our spheres of influence, and in our culture.

At College Park, our goal is for men to grow in their walk with Jesus and in significant, accountable relationships with other men. The best way for this to happen is through the Sunday morning corporate worship service and through Small Groups. As men participate in these gatherings, their own faith is built up and they are able to both grow alongside other men and use their gifts to serve the body.

We also have men’s Bible studies and men’s events that focus on understanding and rigorously applying God's Word to our lives. These Bible studies and events are intended to supplement Sunday morning worship and Small Groups by providing an opportunity for men to come together and pursue Christ in community with other men at College Park.

So, get involved in a Small Group, and check out a Men’s Bible Study or come to a men’s event.

Women's Ministry

College Park Women's Ministry is a community of women engaging with God, His Word, and one another. Our desire is to provide women with an authentic, Christ-centered environment to facilitate friendship, growth, and joyful service to others. Women involved in our ministry have told us that they have come to know Christ in a deeper way, found victory, developed life-long friendships, gained a renewed faith, and experienced community.

We seek to do that by exalting Christ through the study of His Word, experiencing community, and embracing our call to go and serve. Bible Studies are a great way to dig deeper into the Bible with other women. Discipleship relationships enable women to fulfill God’s commands in Titus 2 for older women to teach and encourage younger women. Women Next Door is our initiative to help women bring the transforming message of the gospel to their neighborhoods.

Questions about Women’s Ministry at College Park? Contact Director of Women’s Ministry, Karen Pourcho.

The discipleship initiative is one woman coming alongside another to cultivate a passion to follow Jesus and learning through doing life together. The goal of discipleship is to help each woman grow in depth and intimacy with Jesus Christ, while developing skills and knowledge of how to abide in Christ, how to grow on a daily basis, how to live in obedience to the Word, and how to multiply one's life into another. The journey is different for every woman, but the goal of maturity in Christ remains the same for everyone.

Moms Connection

Moms Connection is designed to bring community and encouragement to motherhood as we seek to grow into the women and mothers God has created us to be. We have two different groups that meet in order to serve the needs of moms in different phases of life. These groups meet on alternating Thursday mornings to enjoy brunch, a speaker, and time for fellowship and discussion.

Step 1

Moms of babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Any mom with a child who is not yet in first grade is welcome to join Step 1 of Moms Connection.

Step 1 is currently on a waiting list. If you have questions or would like to set up a time to visit, contact Kathryn and Robin.

Step 2

Moms with elementary (and older) kids. Any mom with at least one child in first grade or older will be able to join Step 2 of Moms Connection.

If you have questions or would like to join Moms Connection Step 2, contact Jill.

What do you want out of your marriage? What do you think your spouse wants? Have you ever considered what God wants out of your marriage? At College Park, we want to help answer these questions by using the Word of God. Our desire is to leverage the Marriage Ministry at College Park in such a way that every couple who takes advantage of the classes, trainings, and other opportunities would become more intentional about what God desires for their marriage. After all, marriage is God’s idea. Marriage exists for His glory, and we want to help couples live that out in real, practical and powerful ways.
