Faith Bible Counseling Ministries (FBCM) annually offers one week counseling/discipleship classes in February. There are five or six separate tracks which are offered in levels 1-6. FBCM also offers a counseling training class every Spring, Summer & Fall. It consists of 11 consecutive Mondays and the format includes classroom lectures and several hours of valuable counseling observation. Find the info here.

Rod and Staff offers 5 levels of classes for Biblical Counseling and Discipleship to be taken in a progressive manner. The classes cover subjects such as dealing with self, God's purpose for guilt, and many more. The class levels provide opportunities for observation, assisting in counseling, and then finally being able to lead - counsel in cases involving both individuals and families. Find them here
National Association of Nouthetic Counselors (NANC)

NANC is a network of Christian pastors, laymen and women who work to promote excellence in biblical counseling. NANC was founded in 1975 in service to Christ to address several needs in the biblical counseling community.
NANC's 2010 Annual Conference is always held the first full week in October. More than 50 speakers cover various topics in the workshop and plenary sessions from which to choose, as well as a preconference. Go to www.nanc.org for updated info.
Audio Tapes are available from all previous NANC conferences through Soundword. This is a great way to learn more on specific counseling topics (i.e. anger,fear, etc.).

CCEF has a bi-monthly publication, the Journal of Biblical Counseling. The Journal is dedicated to helping believers apply the Bible wisely to problems in living, to think about life with an accurate and biblical worldview, and to meet others with faithful and effective help.
Resources for Changing Lives (available on their website or by calling 1-800-318-2186) provides a variety of relevant, practical, biblically sound materials designed to equip and edify God's people for the task of biblical counseling and daily living.
CCEF offers a two year program for a Biblical Counseling Certificate. It is designed for the committed Christian who desires to become more competent to counsel. The certification program includes 2 levels of courses over 2 years of study.

Biblical Counseling Foundation (BCF)

The Biblical Counseling Foundation is organized to train and equip members of the body of Christ to counsel and disciple others using the Word of God as their only a authoritative source.
