Pastor of Student Ministries (North Indy)

The Pastor of Student Ministries will provide vision, direction, and shepherding of the Jr. High (Grades 7-8) and Sr. High (Grades 9-12) student ministries. This position is responsible to coordinate the overall ministry to students and their families at the North Indy campus of College Park Church. By and large, this role will recruit, train, and maintain volunteer leaders, while assisting and equipping parents, alongside educating and ministering to students at the campus.

The ideal candidate for the role of Pastor of Student Ministries will be passionate, strategic, and collaborative. They will carry a spirit of humility while striving to uphold quality and depth in teaching, relationships, and ministry operations. Success in this role will be determined by the following:

  • Growing number of volunteer leaders
  • Developing and progressing relationships with students
  • A vibrant small group ministry to students
  • Increased numbers of students involved in small group ministry
  • A well-planned annual event portfolio
  • Spiritual growth evident among students and adult volunteers
  • A highly collaborative environment that necessitates parent involvement

Pastor of Soul Care (North Indy)

The Pastor of Soul Care is the primary vision-caster, developer, trainer, and intensive counselor for Soul Care at College Park Church North Indy. He will be a ministry multiplier, focusing the majority of his time on equipping others to do the ministry of Soul Care and biblical counseling.  Approximately two-thirds of his time will be equipping through collaborative leadership and biblical counseling training, and one-third of his time will be experiential, equipping as he provides one-on-one counseling.  He will be the leader of the Soul Care team, meeting with Soul Care coaches regularly and counselors as needed.  He will also work collaboratively with other pastors and Elders to help infuse Soul Care into every aspect of ministry at College Park.

Facilities Assistant - 2nd Shift (North Indy)

The Facilities Assistant-2nd Shift is a member of the Facilities Management team, whose primary responsibility is to proactively manage the physical assets of College Park Church in order serve and facilitate the operations of various ministry groups in advancing the mission of the church. He/she works in cooperation with and under the direction of the Facilities Manager.

Children's Ministry Assistant (Fishers)

The Children’s Ministry Assistant is responsible for the tactical oversight and implementation of all processes and elements related to Nursery.  This administrative role serves as part of the Children’s Ministry team which strives to ignite a passion to follow Jesus in the lives of children and their families within our church body.

College Park Church internships give emerging servant leaders the opportunity to explore and develop in vocational ministry. The Communications & Media Team Intern serves the congregation & staff of College Park Church through written and visual communication, including marketing, writing, editing, social media, and project involvement for important Communication Team initiatives.

Events Child Care Caregiver (North Indy)

A Caregiver serves in the nursery or preschool during ministry events at College Park Church. He/she is responsible for the safety and well-being of the children in his/her care. The caregiver’s interaction with the children should be a reflection of Christ and His love for them. Events Child Care Caregivers serve as part of the Children’s Ministries team which strives to ignite a passion to follow Jesus in the lives of children and their families.
