Pastor of Student Ministries

The Pastor of Student Ministries will provide vision, direction, and shepherding of the Jr. High (Grades 7-8) and Sr. High (Grades 9-12) student ministries. This position is responsible to coordinate the overall ministry to students and their families at the North Indy campus of College Park Church. By and large, this role will recruit, train, and maintain volunteer leaders, while assisting and equipping parents, alongside educating and ministering to students at the campus.

The ideal candidate for the role of Pastor of Student Ministries will be passionate, strategic, and collaborative. They will carry a spirit of humility, while striving to uphold quality and depth in teaching, relationships, and ministry operations. Success in this role will be determined by the following:

  • Growing number of volunteer leaders
  • Developing and progressing relationships with students
  • A vibrant small group ministry to students
  • Increased numbers of students involved in small group ministry
  • A well-planned annual event portfolio
  • Spiritual growth evident among students and adult volunteers
  • A highly collaborative environment that necessitates parent involvement

Director of Communication

The Director of Communication is responsible for leading the church-wide communication strategy and vehicles supporting the mission and vision of College Park Church. Part creative director, part story-teller, part project manager, and part culture-influencer, the Director of Communication is responsible for leveraging the collective capabilities of the communication staff and volunteers. 

He or she should be a committed follower of Jesus who loves the local church and desires to see the gospel and God’s kingdom advanced. As a professional, he or she should be a creative thinker, a good team leader, a good problem-solver, and be able to find the right words and means to tell the stories of what God is doing in and through College Park Church.

Finance Office Assistant

The Finance Office Assistant is critical to the ministry effectiveness of College Park.  This person’s primary role is to partner with the finance team in the day to day financial and accounting transactions for multiple campuses.  Our goal is to ignite a passion to follow Jesus in the lives of our staff, vendors, volunteers, and the congregation

Student Ministries Assistant

The Student Ministry Assistant serves as an integral part of the Student Ministries team which ministers to College Park’s junior high and high school students and their families. This role is responsible for administrative and communication duties as well as directly involved in the weekly student programming and special events.

Communication Team Intern

The Communications Intern serves the congregation & staff of College Park Church through written and visual communication, including marketing, writing, editing, social media, graphic design, and project involvement for important Communication Team initiatives.

The primary goal of the internship is to provide the intern with practical, hands-on experience in a growing & dynamic church ministry environment.

Facilities Assistant - Set Up

The Facilities Assistant is a member of the Facilities Management team, whose primary responsibility is to proactively manage the physical assets of College Park Church in order serve and facilitate the operations of various ministry groups in advancing the mission of the church. He/she works in cooperation with and under the direction of the Facilities Manager.

Events Child Care Caregiver

A Caregiver serves in the nursery or preschool during ministry events at College Park Church. He/she is responsible for the safety and well-being of the children in his/her care. The caregiver’s interaction with the children should be a reflection of Christ and His love for them. Events Child Care Caregivers serve as part of the Children’s Ministries team which strives to ignite a passion to follow Jesus in the lives of children and their families.
